Survey

A prompt, efficient and professional survey will be undertaken in accordance with the customer's instructions to determine the nature, extent and cause of any problems. This can often be the same or next day should urgency be a factor (e.g. in relation to offers/ closing dates, etc).

Report

A detailed written report will be prepared stating all observations and recommendations together with a specification for any remedial works required and an estimate for any treatments to be undertaken by ourselves.This allows customers to make informed decisions and factor costs into their budget.

Remedial Work

Should specialist remedial work and teatments be required, these will be carried out by our skilled and experienced technicians in accordance with stringent industry standards in terms of workmanship and health and safety. Works wil be carried out with the minimum of disruption and we pride ourselves on tidiness.

Upon completion of the contract our long-term guarantee will be issued offering you peace of mind by protecting your property for the future. The option of an Insurance Backed Guarantee is also available.
