Substantial timber repairs/ treatments were required throughout this Grade B listed former Johnnie Walkers bonded warehouse. This included epoxy resin timber engineering repairs to various main structural beams and replacement of sections of solid timber suspended mid-floors once used to carry the weight of thousands of whiskey barrels.

Structural waterproofing works were required due to the building being cut into the existing landscape. In addition to external protection during construction of the concrete earth retaining walls, Rowallan were commissioned to design and install a cavity drainage waterproofing system offering maximum protection to the building.
